Public speaking

Structure, embody and bring your presentation to life.

Who is it for? Teenagers, adults and teams preparing an oral presentation.

What we work on

Move from reluctant speaking to a prepared, clear and embodied presentation, working on both your message and its delivery.

  • Prepare a presentation from start to finish.
  • Identify your audience and adapt your language.
  • Master the introduction, transitions and conclusion.
  • Hold attention through rhythm, gaze and vocal variation.

Try it in a workshop

  • 60-second individual presentation: persuade without notes.
  • Gaze / gesture / stillness exercise: assess non-verbal impact.
  • Abdominal breathing before speaking.
How a session unfolds
  1. Self-assess nerves, clarity and ease.
  2. Prepare a simple message from a real situation.
  3. First attempt, then feedback on three observable criteria.
  4. Focused technical input.
  5. Second attempt and comparison.

After the experience

A short checklist can assess clarity, structure, eye contact, time management and the ability to conclude. Participants leave with a reusable preparation plan.
