Module 04 · 2026 catalogue
Emotions, stress & presence
Recognise your signals and regain room to act.
Who is it for? Teenagers and adults, within an appropriate educational setting.
What we work on
Learn to distinguish emotions, sensations and perceptions, recognise stress signals and try simple strategies to stay present in an exchange.
- Name what is happening within you more precisely.
- Recognise physical signs of stress.
- Keep emotions from taking over communication.
- Express yourself clearly, particularly when saying no.
Try it in a workshop
- Describe your inner weather in neutral, precise words.
- Body map: where does stress appear? A “criticism / response” scene with three levels of assertiveness.
- Say no in one sentence, then suggest an alternative.
How a session unfolds
- Set the framework and shared vocabulary.
- Breathing and grounding exercise.
- Low-intensity role-play, increasing gradually.
- Feedback on observable behaviour.
- Choose a personal strategy to use again.
After the experience
Progress is assessed through recognising a signal, naming a need, giving a brief response and maintaining a steady presence. This module is educational and does not replace therapeutic support.
The level of emotional exposure is adapted to the audience. Practice situations remain fictional or generic if the group does not wish to use personal examples.
